If you’re looking for some direction with improving your health, I offer in-person sessions to discuss any concerns that you would like to address.
If you decide to work with me, I will ask you to provide some health history information ahead of your initial in-person appointment. This will allow me time to thoroughly review your health history, make notes and prepare for our session to educate, discuss actionable options and together we can come up with a personalized plan to meet your health objectives.

How do we achieve this?
With your consent, we begin by exploring your complete health history to gain insight into your current diet and lifestyle. Together, we’ll reflect on past successes and setbacks to better understand the challenges you’ve faced. This process also includes uncovering the beliefs you hold about making health-related changes, as well as any concerns or doubts that may be influencing your journey.
By identifying what may be holding you back, we can begin to shift the narrative. I’ll offer a clear explanation of the root causes and mechanisms behind any health issues, along with nutritional guidance to support informed choices.
As we explore ways to release habits or patterns that no longer serve you, you’ll start envisioning a future version of yourself—one that aligns with your goals for health and well-being. Together, we’ll create sustainable strategies for making meaningful substitutions and lifestyle changes. While change can feel daunting, you remain in control of what feels achievable at any moment.
What are the costs? I charge $100 + HST/hour.
What is health coaching?
A Registered Health Coach/Nutritional Counsellor can help individuals to excel at living a healthier life, even if they have existing medical conditions. The coaching process is like talk therapy in that it involves two people discussing ideas, issues, and education. In Health coaching sessions, the individual who is seeking change is in the driver’s seat, setting their intentions, determining what outcomes they seek and how they want to achieve them.
Health Coaches do not prescribe, treat, diagnose or cure. Our role is to educate, advise and present nutrition and lifestyle options based on your health objectives, to find ways to improve health outcomes.
People tend to hire Health Coaches/Nutritional Counsellors to guide them through a variety of health and nutritional issues, such as digestion, weight, stress reduction, exercise and movement, management of overall health using lifestyle and nutrition strategies. The health coach will review each individual health history, followed up with an in-person consultation providing insight, education and present options based on clinical presentation and how to proceed. Together, the coach and client create a sustainable plan to meet the needs of the client. Great things can happen if you want it!
